Old Exonian Club Headquarters and Archive Centre

The Old Exonian Club is the organisation for former pupils and present and former members of the teaching staff of Exeter School, Devon, England.

The present Club was founded in 1890 and celebrated its Centenary in 1990 with a special weekend of events centered around the opening of the Club Headquarters and Archive Centre on the School site. This building houses an impressive collection of material relating to the School since its foundation in 1633.

Membership is free of charge and includes entitlement to the Club’s annual magazine. A number of social and sporting activities are held throughout the year. Dinner events are held in London, Oxford and Exeter. The Club competes against the School for the Joe Mullins Trophy for Old Exonian vs School Sport. Matches usually include cricket, cross country, golf, hockey and shooting and we are always on the lookout for new participants.

The Club and its members continue to support the School through successive appeals and, at other times, in the purchase of the latest equipment. The Club also supports its younger members in their fund-raising for charitable, educational or medical trips abroad.

The administration of the Club is entrusted to the Committee, meeting several times a year. The names of the Officers and Committee members are appended below:
