File upload problems

Invalid file type – Please only upload a PDF document or an image in .jpg or .jpeg format. This is a commonly used method of compression for photographic images. The degree of compression can be adjusted, allowing a selectable tradeoff between storage size and image quality. This format typically achieves 10 to 1 compression with little perceivable loss in image quality.

File too large - If you are trying to upload a PDF document, please break your document down into smaller parts, and send each part seperately. If you are trying to upload an image, you will need to reduce the size of the image.

How to reduce your image size
There are two main components to the size of an image file:

The first is the dimension. Please reduce the image in your image editing program. Some digital cameras also offer this function. 800×600 or less is suitable.

The second component is the size of the image file. Image editing programs offer a “save for web” function or image quality options when saving a file. Some digital cameras also offer this function. Please adjust the file size to less than 500kB or 0.5Mb.

If you are still unable to upload a file, then send a message describing your problem or alternatively, you can post your information the old fashioned way to the address listed on the contact page.
